As a recovering journalist living in a MarComm world, Amanda knows everyone has a story to share – and she approaches every project armed with that mindset, her creativity and a keen journo eye for detail.
When she isn’t crafting social content for TEDxJacksonville, she’s working as a copywriter and social media manager at Wingard Marketing Agency. After adopting Jacksonville as her hometown, Amanda worked as an award-winning journalist at the Florida Times-Union before transitioning to the marketing world, where she’s helped clients in healthcare, animal rescue, education, real estate, and more to tell their brand stories. In her free time, you can find Amanda reading, hanging out with her rescue pets or sampling some Jacksonville cuisine with friends.
